1. The whole machine design consists of two parts: mechanical and electrical control system with reasonable structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and increased internal space, so that there is enough heat dissipation space in the electronic control box, which greatly reduces the damage and power loss of electronic components.
2. The connection between gear pump and motor adopts universal joint connection. Its function is to make the angle between the two ends of the transmission shaft equal, ensuring that the instantaneous angular velocity of the output shaft and the shaft input shaft are always equal, which ensures the stability of the melter during high-speed operation. Even.
3.  The pressure plate is made of aluminum alloy precision casting. It is processed by precision adding technology. The surface layer is formed by DuPont Teflon deep penetration and sintering treatment. It has the advantages of high coating strength and not easy to fall off, which reduces the carbonization of hot melt adhesive. .
4. The main machine adopts high-precision return valve (return valve sensitivity ±1bar). It is equipped with a locking function to avoid damage to equipment or personnel caused by operational errors. The whole filter design uses heavy multi-layer filtration to prevent PUR. The glue is overdue and suspected to cause blockage. The inside of the pressure plate is protected by over-pressure of pur glue to ensure stable and reliable operation of the system.
   Remarks: The melting temperature of polyurethane reactive hot melt adhesive is lower than the normal hot melt adhesive (170-200 °C), can be applied at low temperature, and can be used at 120-150 °C. It saves energy and reduces the corrosiveness of the gluing device. It is especially suitable for bonding heat sensitive materials such as plastics.

PUR ADHESIVE MELTERS  Precautions:

1.  The 55 gallon Pur glue machine uses a 5 gallon bottle of Pur glue. Before starting the motor, it is   necessary to ensure that the pressure plate gear pump is preheated to the set temperature. Otherwise, the gear pump shaft may be broken or the motor may be burned. Bad;
2. When disassembling the hose or glue gun, ensure that the hose is connected to the hose interface or the outlet of the melter to prevent the Pu glue from hardening and blocking the passage;
3. When replacing the rubber barrel, it is necessary to forcibly lift the pressure plate off the barrel when the equipment is preheated, which may easily cause the pressure plate seal to break.
